Everything I need already exists within me.
In exercising strength, I manifest joy.


and I cling so tight and try to control life..
fighting, criticizing, manipulating..
until I remember, I am whole.
So I release my hold and let eternal grace flow
through me out of my heart and into the cosmos.
I stare at the sky, close my eyes so tight they hurt..
under my eyelids i see the stars and remember..
…everything I’ll ever need I can find within my heart.

i remember , relax the muscles in my face
I am ever-flowing grace
I am water refracting light
i am a walking living breathing rainbow.
and Everything I have ever needed exists inside my heart.

My shoulder blades , they roll together on my back
my heart opens like a music box..
creative and unconditional life energy flows through me
expanding my mind, finger tips reach for the stars
And i grow like a tree, after planting roots downwards,
I grow straight up and shine and smile and shine,
i shine like the sun shines.
